Fortune Head Geology Center

The Fortune Head Geology Centre in Fortune, Newfoundland and Labrador, is the gateway to the nearby Fortune Head Ecological Reserve, home to the internationally recognised Ediacaran-Cambrian Global Boundary Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP). Exhibits explore 4.54 billion years of geologic time with rock and mineral collections, ancient fossils, an interactive 1929 Burin Peninsula tsunami simulator, and a fossil shop with geological gifts.
