Coastal Discovery Centre (Main-A-Dieu Community Development Association)

The Coastal Discovery Centre is operated by the Main-à-Dieu Community Development Association in Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. Opened in 2004 in the village's former Elementary School, it is open year-round and houses a daily drop-in centre, library, Fishers' Museum, Kids Zone, and a Give & Take Room. The Centre runs seasonal programs such as Tea by the Sea, Lunch a Month and the Picture This photo digitisation initiative.
