Centre D'Archives MGR-Antoine-Racine (Regroupement des archives du Séminaire de Sherbrooke et de l'Archidiocèse de Sherbrooke)

The Centre d'archives Mgr-Antoine-Racine preserves and makes accessible archival heritage documenting religious history, the history of the Archdiocese of Sherbrooke, its parishes and religious communities and people who marked it. The collection includes textual documents, photographs, maps, plans and sketches, sound and audiovisual material, and certain objects of worship and piety related to religious practice. The centre also preserves archival heritage documenting the history of private education in the region - particularly the Séminaire de Sherbrooke. All descriptions of archival fonds are listed and accessible through the Portail des archives des Cantons-de-l'Est (PACE).
