Albanian Jewish Museum
Under construction. The Albanian Jewish Museum is the first of its kind in Albania, tracing the history of the Albanian Jewish community from the early Roman era to today, with emphasis on the rescue of Jews during World War II. Located in the historic center of Vlorë — once home to Albania's largest Jewish community — the museum is a joint project of the Albanian-American Development Foundation (AADF) and Albania's Ministry of Culture, designed by Tel Aviv-based Kimmel Eshkolot Architects. It will serve as a cultural hub featuring permanent and temporary exhibitions, a library, café, and outdoor spaces.
