Kukes Ethnographic Museum

The Kukës Ethnographic Museum is located in the centre of the city and features three pavilions covering the region's biodiversity, archaeology, and ethnography. The Biodiversity pavilion documents the rich ecosystem of the "City of Tulips" region with over 750 medicinal plant species. The Archaeology pavilion showcases evidence of Kukës civilisation dating back 6,000 years, including Illyrian burial mounds from the Bronze Age. The Ethnography pavilion displays traditional clothing, household items, and cultural artifacts.
