Mikoyan Brothers Museum

The Mikoyan Brothers Museum in Alaverdi, Armenia is dedicated to two remarkable sons of the region who shaped the 20th century: Anastas Mikoyan, one of the most influential Soviet statesmen who navigated the reigns of Lenin, Stalin, Khrushchev and Brezhnev; and Artem Mikoyan, the legendary aircraft designer whose MiG jets (MiG-15, MiG-17, MiG-21) became symbols of Soviet air power. The museum houses personal photographs, documents, uniforms, scale models, and aviation exhibits tracing their extraordinary journeys from a small Armenian village to the heights of world history.
