Museo Kurteff
The Museo Kurteff in Villa de Merlo, San Luis, Argentina, is the first museum in the country dedicated to metaloplástica — the art of sculpting in sheet metal. Inaugurated on 4 December 2002, it is devoted exclusively to the work of Argentine artist Jorge Christoff Kurteff and is situated in "Rincón del Este," at the foot of the Comechingones mountain range. Surrounded by the natural beauty of the Sierras, the museum represents Kurteff's legacy to humanity: a lifetime of creative work in metal, combining technical mastery with artistic vision. The setting amid the Sierra de los Comechingones adds a distinctive dimension to the experience of visiting the collection.
