Hongo Shin Memorial Museum of Sculpture,Sapporo

The Hongo Shin Memorial Museum of Sculpture in Miyanomori, Sapporo, is dedicated to the works of Hokkaido sculptor Hongo Shin (1905–1980). The hilltop museum displays his bronze and other sculptures in an intimate gallery setting surrounded by nature, with changing exhibitions of contemporary artists complementing the permanent collection.
