The Sant Juan Bautista Museum is a cultural & educational facility and knowledge repository designed to preserve and convey information about the Keicho Diplomatic Mission of Tsunenaga Hasekura. 400 years ago, in the 17th century, Hasekura set out on a mission to Europe on the Sant Juan Bautista galleon. A full-sized replica of the ship is on display here, along with other exhibitions explaining the mission in detail.
