Museo de Arte Hispanoamericano

The Museo de Arte Hispanoamericano Isaac Fernández Blanco is dedicated to the arts of colonial Spanish America, housed in the magnificent Palacio Noel at Suipacha 1422 in Buenos Aires. The museum's collections encompass outstanding examples of colonial religious silver, ceremonial objects, furniture, paintings, sculptures, and decorative arts from the Viceroyalty of the Río de la Plata and the wider Hispano-American world. Founded on the donation of engineer Isaac Fernández Blanco, the museum preserves a rich cultural heritage illuminating the artistic traditions of the colonial period across three centuries. The Palacio Noel itself — designed by architect Martín Noel in a Spanish colonial revival style, with a beautiful courtyard garden — is considered an architectural landmark of Buenos Aires.
