Museo Jesuítico Nacional

The Museo Jesuítico Nacional is housed in the Estancia de Jesús María, a Jesuit ranch estate built by the Society of Jesus in the early seventeenth century near the town of Jesús María in the province of Córdoba, Argentina. Together with the other Jesuit estancias of Córdoba, it forms part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Jesuit Block and Estancias of Córdoba," inscribed in 2000. The estancia complex includes a church, a residence, and historic cellars, and the museum houses a significant collection of colonial-era religious art, furniture, and artefacts from the region's Jesuit and indigenous communities. Entry is free.
