Museo de Esculturas Luis Perlotti

The Museo de Esculturas Luis Perlotti celebrates the life and work of Argentine sculptor Luis Perlotti (1890–1969), one of the most distinctive voices in twentieth-century Argentine sculpture. Located in the Caballito neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, the museum occupies Perlotti's former home and studio, preserving an intimate environment in which his monumental and smaller-scale works can be seen alongside his tools, sketches, and personal archive. Drawing deeply from Argentine and pre-Columbian imagery, Perlotti developed a distinctly national sculptural language rooted in local identity and indigenous heritage. The museum offers guided visits through this historic studio space and maintains a permanent collection of bronze, stone, and ceramic works documenting Perlotti's career.
