Heimat- und Napoleonmuseum

The Museum der Stadt Deutsch-Wagram brings together a Napoleonmuseum, Stadtmuseum, Eisenbahnmuseum and Stadtarchiv. The Napoleonmuseum, housed in the Erzherzog-Carl-Haus, illuminates the 1809 Battle of Wagram, Napoleon's influence and Archduke Carl's role, including the history of Infantry Regiment No. 42. The Stadtmuseum showcases local life and traditional crafts, while the Eisenbahnmuseum at the historic station charts the development of Austria's first railway.
