Hirschbacher Bauernmöbelmuseum
Bauernmöbelmuseum Hirschbach in Upper Austria showcases folk art, culture, and traditions from the Mühlviertel region, with Hirschbach farmhouse furniture (Bauernmöbel) as the centrepiece of the collection. These vibrantly painted pieces — including chests, cupboards, tables, benches, and beds — were produced from approximately 1780 to 1860 and gained international renown by the mid-20th century. The museum also features works by artist Franz von Zülow and a special toy exhibition.
