Sakura City Museum of Art

This art museum is intended mainly for the artists of Sakura and the Chiba Boso Peninsula Area. But art works from in and out of the country, and exhibits of the citizens of Sakura City will be also be held. The Sakura City Museum of Art is intended to be a new place for inspirations, where the citizens can feel close to cultural arts, and be able to understand it.The Old Kawasaki Bank Sakura Building, made of bricks, was founded in 1918 and was preserved and is being used as part of this museum.
