Dommuseum Salzburg
The Dommuseum Salzburg is located inside Salzburg Cathedral, high above the southern aisle chapels, and forms part of the DomQuartier museum complex. Its permanent exhibition focuses on art from the 8th to 18th centuries from the Archdiocese of Salzburg, including the Cathedral Treasury (Domschatz) and the historic Art and Wonder Chamber. Highlights include the Rupertus Cross (c. 750), the double-armed Hungarian reliquary cross, and works by Michael Pacher, Georg Raphael Donner and Paul Troger. Founded in 1974, it has been part of the DomQuartier since 2014.
