The Hoamathaus Altenmarkt is a heritage museum originally founded as a 'Bruderhaus' (brotherhood house) around 1408. The museum emphasizes the historical role of women in the Salzburg region through the 1960s and has been recognized with the Salzburg Museum Key (2019) and the Austrian Museum Quality Seal (2021).
