Dorfmuseum Mönchhof

The Dorfmuseum Mönchhof is an open-air museum in Burgenland, Austria, presenting "pure folk culture" through some 35 reconstructed buildings, all originating from the Heideboden region. Visitors can step inside houses, linger in the rooms and absorb the atmosphere of village life of past generations. The complex also includes a railway museum (Bahnhofsmuseum) and hosts regular cultural events.
