Heimat.Museum im Tabor

'The small universal museum' — Heimat. Museum im Tabor in Feldbach explores everyday life, food, fishing, clothing and history in south-eastern Styria. Highlights include a historic classroom, a cobbler's workshop, the famous 'Nagelmann', and a city-history hall presenting Feldbach's past as a timeline against world events. A dedicated exhibition is devoted to the orientalist Joseph Freiherr von Hammer-Purgstall. Hands-on activities and museum bags are offered for families and school groups.
