Fire Services Museum
The Fire Services Museum of Victoria is dedicated to preserving and showcasing fire-fighting memorabilia from Victoria, Australia and overseas. Housed in the original Metropolitan Fire Brigade headquarters at the corner of Gisborne Street and Victoria Parade in East Melbourne, it holds one of Australia's largest fire-fighting collections — appliances, brigade histories, photographs and artefacts — and is run entirely by volunteers, many of them former or current fire-service members.
