Central Australian Aviation Museum

The Central Australian Aviation Museum in Alice Springs celebrates the spirit, determination and courage of the people who founded aviation in central Australia through displays and stories. The volunteer-based organisation works to keep this important part of history alive and accessible. Highlights include a restored DC-3 aircraft repainted in Connair livery, with the cabin (featuring donated Boeing 747 economy seats) serving as a theatrette showcasing the BBC documentary "Connellan's Camels."
