Beaumont House - National Trust

Beaumont House, built in 1849, was home to the first Anglican Bishop of Adelaide, Bishop Augustus Short, and later Sir Samuel Davenport — politician, horticulturist, and founder of the olive oil industry in South Australia. The residence features distinctive Mediterranean architecture with terracotta-coloured brickwork and a central flat roof, and is managed by the National Trust.
