Izu Natural History Park(Izu shaboten kohen)

Izu Shaboten Zoo (伊豆シャボテン動物公園) is a unique animal park featuring approximately 150 species of animals and over 1,500 varieties of cacti and succulents from around the world. Known as Japan's original cactus zoo, it is famous for its capybara hot baths and hands-on animal feeding experiences. Visitors can explore the greenhouse cactus collection, walk among free-roaming animals, and enjoy boat tours. Part of the Izu Shaboten Zoo Group, which also operates related leisure and dining facilities.
