Azerbaijan Carpet Museum

The Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum in Baku was established on 13 March 1967 to preserve, study and exhibit examples of Azerbaijani carpet-weaving art recognised as national heritage. Renamed several times over its history \u2014 most recently to Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum in 2019 \u2014 the museum is internationally known for its research, conservation and presentation of carpets, embroidery, textiles and folk applied arts.
