Bangladesh National Museum

The Bangladesh National Museum (Bangladesh Jatiya Jadughar) is the country's principal national museum, with departments covering history and classical art, ethnography and decorative arts, contemporary art and world civilisation, natural history, and a conservation laboratory. It oversees a network of branch museums, including the Liberation War Museum, Ahsan Manzil, the Osmani Museum and several memorial museums. The museum hosts seminars, cultural events and international exhibition exchanges and houses main and Sufia Kamal auditoria and a cineplex.
