Flint Museum
The Musée du Silex is housed in the Tour d'Eben-Ezer near Liège in Belgium, a striking flint-stone tower built from 1950 by visionary Robert Garcet. Dedicated to peace, the seven-level structure is topped with four cherubim at the cardinal points and is filled with Garcet's writings, sculptures, archaeological discoveries and philosophical reflections. The museum tells the story of his life's work and the symbolism of the unusual tower.
