Delvaux museum

The Paul Delvaux Museum, run by the Foundation Paul Delvaux, is dedicated to the work of Belgian surrealist painter Paul Delvaux (1897–1994). Located in a typical fisherman's cottage in Saint-Idesbald on the Belgian coast, the museum holds an important collection of paintings, drawings, sketches, watercolours, and personal objects belonging to the artist. It offers an intimate look at Delvaux's signature dreamlike imagery of nudes, classical architecture, and trains.
