Command Bunker Kemmel
Command Bunker Kemmel is a Cold War-era underground military facility built between 1951 and 1953 into the flank of the strategic Mount Kemmel in Belgium. The 20-metre-deep bunker originally served as the center of Belgium's air defense system, and later as Belgian Armed Forces headquarters during the Cold War. The two-floor facility remains largely intact and is now open to the public as a heritage attraction.
