Begijnhofmuseum

The Begijnhofmuseum is located within the Turnhout beguinage in the shadow of the Heilig-Kruiskerk, in a historic house once home to eight beguines. The museum tells the story of these religious women, the art and objects they owned, and how they lived their lives in service of their faith. The collection includes two recognized Flemish Topstukken (masterpieces) and is part of Musea Turnhout alongside the Speelkaartenmuseum and Taxandriamuseum.
