Belfort

The Belfort (Belfry) of Ghent is a medieval tower that, together with Sint-Niklaaskerk and Sint-Baafskathedraal, defines the Ghent skyline. A symbol of urban prosperity and independence since medieval times, its dragon weathervane has protected the historic city center for centuries.
