Astropolis Space Science Center

Astropolis is the Space Science Center in Ostend, Belgium, combining astronomy and space travel in one dedicated venue. The centre runs rotating exhibitions on topics such as the Race to the Moon, Project Artemis and the manned future of lunar exploration, with interactive exhibits, scale models, a gigantic LEGO Moon base diorama, educational workshops for children and the fully equipped 54-seat Lemaitre auditorium (4K projection, Dolby Atmos) for documentary screenings, lectures and stargazing evenings. The building is wheelchair accessible and includes the Astrocafé with views of 'Nieuwe Prijs' park.
