IKEDA ART MUSEUM

The Ikeda Museum of 20th Century Art, founded in 1975 beside Lake Ippeki in Ito, Shizuoka, was Japan's first museum dedicated to 20th-century art. The collection of around 1,400 works encompasses major masters including Renoir, Picasso, Chagall, Dalí, and Warhol, united by the theme of humanity. Special exhibitions rotate every three months, and the museum features a gallery café and garden sculptures.
