To convey the history of sake brewing to future generations,this museum opened in 1982,the 320th year of the founding of Tatsuuma-Honke Brewing Co.known for its "HAKUSHIKA"brand.A storage built in 1869 bacame the SAKAGURAKAN and exhibits the brewing process of the past.Brewing tools, tubs,and coopers'tools are important tangible folk cultural assets of Hyogo Pref.and Nishinomiya City. In the KINENKAN,one room exhibits sake-related items,another is for our collection,and the third is for the cherry blossom works from the Shintaro Sasabe Collection,which were deposited by the city.
