Health Education Exhibition and Resource Centre
The Health Education Exhibition and Resource Centre, located in Kowloon Park's historic Whitfield Barracks building in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, has been open since 1997. The two-storey facility features exhibition halls, a mini cinema, lecture rooms, and an outdoor health education garden, all offering free admission to the public.
