Dunhuang Museum

The Dunhuang Museum (敦煌市博物馆) presents the rich heritage of the Silk Road oasis of Dunhuang. Its galleries cover the Yumen Pass, the Suoyang Cheng-Xuanquan Postal Station and other key sites of the Han Empire's western frontier, featuring archaeological artefacts and exhibitions on the cultural exchange between China and the western regions. The museum offers digital exhibits, special exhibitions and interpretive services.
