Maritime Silk Route Museum
The Guangdong Maritime Silk Road Museum is home to the Nanhai I, the most ancient, well-preserved, and artifact-rich ocean-going merchant vessel from the Southern Song Dynasty discovered through Chinese archaeology. The museum protects and presents an estimated 184,000 artifacts from this historic shipwreck, offering a remarkable window into China's ancient maritime trade.
