Fire Fighter Museum at Hrad Vildstejn
Hasičské muzeum Skalná (Fire Fighter Museum at Hrad Vildštejn) opened in 2009 as a project of the local volunteer fire brigade and the owner of Vildštejn Castle, with cross-border support from Skalná and the Bavarian town of Neusorg. Set in restored rooms of the historic castle, it now houses around 200 exhibits and documents from regional brigades and is recognised by the Association of Czech Museums as the largest fire-history museum in western Bohemia.
