Důl Mauritius

Důl Mauritius is a historic tin mine near Hřebečná in the Karlovy Vary district of the Czech Republic. The largest tin mine in the Czech Krušnohoří region, it operated for 400 years from the 16th century until the 1940s. Designated a national cultural monument in 2014, the mine features 145 deep shafts and a large chamber measuring 65 meters in length, and is partially open to public tours.
