IRON CURTAIN MUZEUM

The Iron Curtain Museum (Muzeum Rozvadov) in Rozvadov, Czech Republic, is located at the former Rozvadov/Waidhaus border crossing on the German–Czech border. It documents life behind the Iron Curtain during the Cold War era (1948–1989), including border control, surveillance, escape attempts, and daily life in communist Czechoslovakia. The museum occupies the historic pre-war customs building at the crossing point.
