Lidice Memorial
The Lidice Memorial in Lidice, Czech Republic, preserves the history of the Lidice village, which was destroyed on June 10, 1942, following the assassination of Reinhard Heydrich. The site features a museum with a permanent exhibition, a gallery with the Lidice Art Collection, a rose garden, the War Children's Victims Monument, and educational programmes. It is managed by the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic.
