Hasičské muzeum Kočí
The Hasičské muzeum Kočí is a fire-fighting museum founded in 2002 in the picturesque village of Kočí along Highway I/17 between Chrudim and Vysoké Mýto. Housed in over 524 m² of covered exhibition space since 2015, the museum preserves fire-service equipment, uniforms, helmets, axes, and historical and contemporary firefighting artefacts. Highlights include vintage fire engines (PS 2/4/8, DS 12/16, DA 12 Avia A31, TA Tatra 613, AS 16 IFA L/F, ASC 16 Praga V3S, AZ 16 Robur LO 3000, CAS 18 ZIL 130) and many other vehicles. Tours can be arranged in English, German or Russian; barrier-free access and parking are available.
