Dlaskův statek

The Dlaskův statek (Dlask Farm) is part of the Museum of the Bohemian Paradise in Turnov, located in Dolánky u Turnova about 3 km from Turnov. The 18th-century timber-framed farmhouse is a typical example of Turnov-region folk architecture, with a characteristic Pojizerí composite gable and gallery, and has been a National Cultural Monument of the Czech Republic since 2010. Originally home to the Dlask family — most notably Josef Dlask (born 1782), a folk chronicler and innovative farmer — the building forms an ethnographic exhibition with a 1784 Madonna statue and a multi-storey timber granary.
