The 1. Deutsches Rittergutsmuseum (Germany's First Noble Estate Museum) is located in the New Manor House at Rittergutsschloss Taucha. The museum features over 20 exhibit panels covering more than 1,000 years of local history and 790 years of castle and estate history, with topics including the Thirty Years' War, the Battle of Leipzig, wine cultivation, and local legends.
