Archäologisches Landesmuseum Baden-Württemberg
The Archäologisches Landesmuseum Baden-Württemberg (ALM) presents the state's regional archaeology from the Stone Age to modern times across a permanent exhibition of 3,000 square metres on three floors at its Konstanz headquarters, with eight additional branch museums and the Central Archaeological Archives in Rastatt distributed across Baden-Württemberg. Highlights include the UNESCO World Heritage pile dwellings of Lake Constance, medieval Konstanz, and Lake Constance shipping. Children and young people aged 6–18 receive free admission, and entry is free for all on the first Saturday of each month.
