Braunschweigisches Landesmuseum

The Braunschweigisches Landesmuseum is one of the 3 Landesmuseen Braunschweig and traces the regional history of the former Brunswick territory. Exhibitions span centuries of cultural, social, political and religious life in the region, with permanent displays including "Bruneswic anno 1221" and "Ein Teil von uns" on German-Jewish history in Lower Saxony. The museum operates across two locations in Braunschweig (Hinter Aegidien and St. Ulrici-Brüdern).
