The Deutsches Auswandererhaus in Bremerhaven is an award-winning experience museum dedicated to the history of emigration from Germany and immigration to it. Visitors retrace the journeys of millions who left through Bremerhaven, explore reconstructed ships, harbours and arrival halls, and use family-research tools to discover their own ancestors' stories. Special exhibitions, workshops and the Speisesaal restaurant complete a multi-sensory visit.
