Deutsches Theatermuseum

The Deutsches Theatermuseum in Munich preserves and presents the history of German-language theatre. Located on Galeriestraße next to the Hofgarten, the museum holds extensive collections of designs, photographs and ephemera, presented in changing exhibitions such as "making THEATRE - Wie Theater entsteht". A library, public programme of guided tours and special events round out the offering.
