Deutsches Uhrenmuseum
The Deutsches Uhrenmuseum in Furtwangen, in the heart of the Black Forest, holds one of the world's largest clock and watch collections, built up over more than 170 years. Permanent and special exhibitions trace the history of timekeeping from regional Black Forest clocks to international scientific instruments. The museum also runs the StattMuseum workshop space and educational programmes including a do-it-yourself cuckoo-clock workshop. The museum is currently closed until 2027.
