Faust-Museum und Faust-Archiv

The Faust-Museum in Knittlingen is the world's only literature and theme museum dedicated to the Faust myth — covering the legend before, around and after Goethe's "Faust." Alongside the museum, the Faust-Archiv houses a specialist library and collections, and the museum is part of the ALG association of literary societies and memorial sites. Guided tours, alchemy workshops and a children's programme complement the permanent displays.
