Flugwerft Schleißheim

The Flugwerft Schleißheim, a branch of the Deutsches Museum near Munich, occupies the historic Schleißheim airfield buildings and 8,000 m² of exhibition space dedicated to aviation history. Around 70 aircraft trace the evolution of flight from Lilienthal-style gliders to the Eurofighter, alongside flying boats, helicopters, vertical-take-off aircraft and rockets, with engines, models and a transparent restoration workshop on view.
